A memorial fund has been established to honor Dorothea Durant, organist of this church for 40 years. Judy and Fred Fischer have offered to match all donations to the fund, up to a total of $500. The donations will be added to the music fund, the sole source of financing for soloists and instrumentalists for Sunday morning worship. This fund is currently very low. A memorial plaque to Dorothea will be hung on the door leading to the choir loft. Please make checks payable to UCC Congregational, with a memo to Durant Memorial.
