  • Sunday School for Children- during Worship (after "Time for Children") will resume in September 12, 2010. Come Hear Bible Stories, do Crafts and have a lot of FUN!
  • Adult Christian Education will resume in September 12, 2010.
  • English Classes - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday mornings - Will resume Monday, September 13, 2010. Free to all -Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30 a.m. New Tuesday: for Beginners, Tuesdays, 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. for Intermediate students
  • Rainbow Experience will perform "Bye, Bye, Birdie" this Fall. Please see our OUTREACH PAGE (see above) UNDER RAINBOW look to the right) for information on auditions, rehearsals, and performance dates.
  • 2010 Stewardship Campaign - Thanks to all of who have pledged!  We do need everyone's support, so if you have not made your pledge, please do so.  You may contact Jeff Olson (numbers in the Directory) if you have any questions.

  • Camp Discovery - Finished on July 30th with a Musical Presentation by the Campers and Fred Fischer and a Barbeque for the Campers, their families, and Members of UCC Congregational, Plainfield.

    • Camp Discovery is a camp for Plainfield area children in Grades 3, 4 and 5 and ages 8-11.

    • Families paid this year by a generous sliding scale: $25 - $150 per week!  Fee is based on Family income and size.

    • Call 908-755-8658 for an application in English or Spanish. A registration fee of $35 goes toward Camp T-shirt and first week's tuition.  Registration for Camp 2011 will begin in the Spring. The Camp is held at the United Church of Christ Congregational Plainfield and funded by donations to the United Plainfield Community Development Corporation.
